Shipping and Handling
Complimentary shipping using FedEx throughout the United States with required signature upon arrival. Delivery times depend on the destination. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO Addresses, P.O. Boxes or hotels at this point. We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer responsible.
International shipping: please contact us at hey@bangelle.com. Customs duties, taxes, or fees are customer’s responsibility. We are required to declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms. Please note that customs delays are out of our control.
Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and the bangle will be shipped to you within 3 business days. Custom pieces, customisation and the delivery of pieces currently out of stock typically take 2-4 weeks to complete. Our sales team will be in touch and inform you of updates.
Damages
Our bangles are handmade and subject to strict quality control. We pay utmost attention to ensuring the jewelry is safely packaged when shipped to customers; we encourage our clients to inspect each package upon receipt. Should you have received an item you believe to be flawed or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Sizing/Fit
Ladies- we currently offer 2 options: Small/Medium and Medium/Large. The bangles are meant to be worn fairly snug around your wrist. If you feel these options may not be right for you, please get in touch with us and we’ll discuss a fit that’s perfect for you.
Gents- we currently offer 2 options: Small/Medium and Medium/Large. If think you may need a bigger or smaller bangle than our regular options, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to find the right option with you.
